  Terrible experience with this company. I had some insurance work done to a good standard which made me want to hire them privately, however:
  1. I had to chase for nearly 4 weeks to get a quote
  2. Work was not carried out when planned and no apology made - blame of each other in the company
  In short: DO NOT USE. As a customer I was chasing them daily with unreturned phone calls and text messages. They blamed the service I received on the workload that they have.
